Ingredients:
3/4 c peanut sauce
1/4 c unsalted peanuts
1/4 c shredded carrots
1/2 c red pepper
1/4 c scallions
1/2 c bean sprouts
1 c diced chicken
1 c mozzarella cheese
1/4 c mozzarella cheese
1 thin crust pizza
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450ºF
Spoon peanut sauce over top of crust then top with chicken, red pepper, and 1/4 c of cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Then place carrots, scallions, bean sprouts, peanuts, and remaining cheese over top
Bake for another 5-8 minutes and serve.
This recipe is not spicy but you can drizzle a little chili sauce over top to kick up the heat. This pizza is also a little messy so you MAY need a fork and knife!
