Peanut butter gives you energy, builds muscle, and suppresses your appetite. Bananas are a wonder fruit that are capable of so many awesome benefits. A few of them include: fighting depression, battling pms, assisting with anemia, boosts brain function, helps with constipation and heartburn, and also has been known to calm nerves. You can also use the inside of a banana peel to shine shoes and help with itching of a mosquito bite. Bananas also reduce stress which is why this little snack is great for your afternoon breaks at work. Raisins, like peanut butter give you a boost of energy. They also aid with digestion, protects eyes, and enhances bone health. This power house trio is the perfect snack to keep you going. It is also an awesome snack for the kids after school or during half-time on game day!
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
½ banana sliced
1 tablespoon of raisins
1 small corn tortilla
Spread peanut butter on tortilla top with raisins and bananas then enjoy!!
