I love cheese pizza, however, I like grown up cheese pizza. Here is a simple, yet adult, spin on a childhood favorite.
2 oz goat cheese
3/4 c of mixed mozzarella/cheddar cheese (I use Italian blend)
3/4 c of grated Fontana cheese
2 1/2 teaspoons of Italian blend seasoning
1 teaspoons of parmesan cheese
1/2 c pizza sauce
10 oz pizza dough
Use your favorite artisan bread recipe or whole wheat crust for this recipe.
Pre-heat oven to 500ºF
Take ready to bake pizza crust and spread out your favorite pizza sauce. Then sprinkle the Italian seasoning on your pizza top with Fontana, Italian blend, and goat cheese.
Bake for 6 minutes on stone
