This pizza is really easy to eat, and it is a great way to use up all that leftover holiday turkey!
Ingridents:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp pesto
2 c turkey diced or cubed
2 small tomatoes sliced thin
1/2 small red onion thinly sliced
8 oz Colby Jack Cheese
2 oz bacon crumbled
1 thin pizza crust
1 avocado sliced (optional)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450º
Mix pesto & mayo together, and spoon over pizza crust.
Add turkey, tomatoes, and onion then bake for 5 minutes
Remove from oven, top cheese and bacon then cook for 4-6 more minutes or until cheese melts.
Top with avocado slices
